What it is
Meta's first AI coding agent for the terminal and CI, built on Muse Spark 1.2 and co-trained with the model. Installs as a native binary on macOS and Linux, plans and edits across large repositories, runs commands behind approvals and an OS sandbox, and coordinates persistent asynchronous background subagents. Ships /plan, /grill, and /goal commands. Released in beta on August 5, 2026 via the Meta Model API, where standard pricing is $1.25 per 1M input tokens and $4.25 output, with a contributor tier at $0.10/$0.20 in exchange for permission to train on your traffic.
